Each course covers one department of a trucking company. You learn the real processes and tools you will work with from day one.
Update + Dispatch
Dispatcher and update specialist work: finding and booking loads, communicating with brokers, planning routes and supporting the driver along the way.

You will learn:

- Negotiating with brokers and handling rate confirmations

Fleet
In-depth study of the truck and trailer as a whole: mechanics, maintenance, common breakdowns and repair management — everything a fleet specialist needs.
In-depth program
You will learn:
- Truck and trailer mechanics: key units and systems
- Preventive maintenance (PM) and condition monitoring
- Handling breakdowns on the road, working with mechanics and shops
- Repair records and fleet cost control
Safety
In-depth Safety training: regulations and requirements, documentation, driver logs, inspections and handling incidents on the road.
In-depth program
You will learn:
- FMCSA and DOT requirements for drivers and companies
- Driver logs (HOS, ELD) and handling violations
- DOT inspections and company CSA scores
- Accident and incident procedures, documentation
Accounting
Trucking company finance: invoices, driver payroll, working with factoring and financial reporting.
Full course
You will learn:
- Invoicing and working with factoring
- Driver payroll: per mile, percentage, gross
- Expense tracking: fuel, repairs, insurance
- Trucking company financial reporting
Driver Recruiting
Finding and hiring drivers: where to source candidates, how to verify documents and experience, run interviews and get a driver on the road.
Full course
You will learn:
- Driver sourcing channels and handling applications
- Candidate screening: documents, experience, MVR and PSP
- Running interviews and evaluating drivers
- Driver paperwork and company onboarding
Logbook
Working with driver logs: hours of service (HOS) rules, electronic logbooks (ELD), monitoring and fixing violations, planning driver time.

You will learn:
- HOS rules: 11/14/70-hour limits, breaks and resets
- Working with ELD systems (Samsara, Motive and others)
- Log monitoring, finding and fixing violations
- Planning driver time around load deliveries
